11 year career with Merrill Lynch where she worked in a variety of Operations and Human Resources functions. Since establishing the firm, Lou has worked as an in-house consultant for UBS, Morgan Stanley, Bank of New York Mellon, UBoC/Highmark Capital, and Medco as an adjunct to the core recruitment and consulting businesses of L.A.M. Lou earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Psychology and Business Administration from New York University. |

Kate has enjoyed a successful career at firms such as UBS, Morgan Stanley and Citco Fund Services, recruiting for both campus and experienced hires.
